# Toodle Privacy Policy

**Toodle does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.**

## What Toodle does

Toodle is an offline app for young children that lets them draw, pop bubbles, watch a fish in an aquarium, and sort shapes. All activity happens locally on the device.

## What Toodle stores

Toodle saves a small amount of preference data **only on your device** using the system's local storage. This includes:

- Which game was last open, so the app opens to the same place
- Brush color and size in the drawing game
- Sound on/off and animation speed in the bubble game
- Fish color in the aquarium
- Sound on/off and number of shapes in the shape-sorting game
- A flag indicating that the menu hint has been seen

This data never leaves the device. Toodle has no network requests, no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.

## Permissions

Toodle requests no special permissions. It does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other system feature.

## Children's privacy

Toodle is designed for young children and intentionally collects no information about anyone — children or adults. Toodle does not comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar regulations by collecting data with consent; it complies by collecting no data at all.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at the same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
